100% Natural in 'Blended Extra Natural'; Roasted in 'Mezcla Extra 85/15'
'Blended Extra' is a combination of the two main coffee varieties: Arabica and Robusta. Each of them contributes specific features. While Arabica provides fineness and a mild aroma, Robusta adds body and colour.
The combinations and proportions used by Cafés El Criollo have resulted in our blends, obtaining the best of each variety.
'Blended Extra' is available in two blend combinations:
- Natural: an Arabica coffee with 20% Robusta (100% naturally roasted).
- 85/15 Mix: 85% natural coffee (Arabica & Robusta) plus 15% torrefacto coffee. The torrefacto coffee has been roasted with sugar.
Beans packed in a 1 Kilo bag, with a one-way valve to keep the organoleptic qualities of the coffee intact.
